Hyderabad: Finance Minister, T Harish Rao today said that Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao is helping poor families through marriage scheme like an elder brother. Under Kalyaan Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak programs, the KCR government is helping them get married through financial support he said.
The Minister participated in development programs worth about 5 crores in Siddipet district here. Later talking in a program Harish Rao said that KCR Government is helping the poor families by offering Rs 1 lakh something towards marriages of girls. So far we have helped 5588 families in our district and offered Rs 48.55 cr in this regard he claimed. He listed out development programs taken up for the poor, farmers, and people.
