After reaching Delhi, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who has been toiling to bring about federal front against the BJP Government at the Centre, was busy on Thursday.
Noted BJP leader and economist Subranyamanian Swamy met with the chief minister at his residence in the national capital. Bharatiya Kisan Union representative and farmers’ leader Rakesh Tikait met the Chief Minister KCR over lunch.
The Chief Minister discussed the present political scenario and other issues of common interest with them. The BJP MP is noted for outspoken speeches and meeting with the KCR assumes significance. Rakesh Tikait is known for mounting pressure through protests at Delhi borders against the Centre to repeal three farm laws.

The Telangana Chief Minister is trying to form a platform of federal front with the Opposition parties, like-minded leaders and some chief ministers against the BJP Government at the Centre.
The CM repeatedly vowed to dethrone the “feudal and communal” BJP Government as it failed to develop the country and failed to address issues besides denying support to the States to develop.
