Kriti Sanon tests positive for covid-19 after Varun Dhawan

Bollywood is clearly not spared by the deadly virus as it has overtaken the normal lives of many B-town celebs over the months with the biggest names getting infected with covid-19.

Joining the list of actors down with the disease is Kriti Sanon.

Although the actress hasn’t verified the news of her health condition on social media or elsewhere, reports say that she had just returned shooting for a film when the dreaded incident occurred.

Filmfare.com’s recent report stated that Ms. Sanon was living her shoot life in Chandigarh, working alongside Rajkumar Rao until last week.

Viral Bhayani, celebrity photographer popular for clicking their candids and furnishing the latest updates of the bling town to fans, posted a picture of the actress on his Instagram account with the text “Covid +” written on it followed by a broken heart emoji.

According to Bhayani, Ms. Sanon had told him that she refrained from taking her mask off even if it meant for a moment. He captioned his shared post as, “Call it bad luck inspite of taking all safety measures. She recently returned from Chandigarh, where she was shooting for an upcoming movie with Rajkummar Rao. She even told us that she would not remove her mask even for a second. #kritisanon.”

While the actress hasn’t denied or accepted the update on her health, many other actors took to social media platforms to inform the world about their test results, including Varun Dhawan.

The ‘Main Tera Hero’ star confirmed on Instagram that he has tested positive for covid-19, although he felt that he “could have been more careful” as he returned to shoot during the pandemic when no vaccine has been released in the Indian market.
