Mansukh Mandaviya To Discuss Surrogacy, Assisted Reproductive Regulation Bill

As per the latest update, the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday will initiate a discussion on the Surrogacy Regulation Bill and Assisted Reproductive Regulation Bill. Both the bills will be introduced by the Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya.

Mandaviya will move that the Bill to establish National Surrogacy Board, State Surrogacy Boards and arrangement of suitable experts for guideline of the training and cycle of surrogacy and for issues associated therewith or coincidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha and as revealed by the Select Committee of Rajya Sabha, be thought about, the RS business informed.

The reports of the standing advisory group of the country advancement panchayati raj, water assets, purchaser undertakings and ladies strengthening will likewise be introduced in the Upper House.
