Hyderabad: State Minister Jagdeesh Reddy handed over the land to the family members of Colonel Santosh Babu who was killed in the Galwan Valley in the clashes with the Chinese troops.
The government has given the option to suggest their choice of land in the Shaikpet Zone. Dist Collector Shweta Mahanti inspected the land allotted for the Colonel family. It may be recalled that the KCR headed TRS govt has supported the family.
The Chief Minister himself visited his house and handed over the cheques and documents to allot the 711 yards of land worth 20 Crore.
