Mahabubnagar: The Bar Association of Mahabubhagar has held a general body meeting and in one voice passed a resolution stating that no advocate should take up the case or brief on behalf of the four accused in veterinary doctor’s murder case.
It is a moral responsibility to give support to the family of the victim, they felt and also decided to stand in support of the victim’s family till they get justice.
Our association also demands the police department to take serious steps and complete the investigation as early as possible to get the accused death punishment by filing the charge sheet as early as possible’, a press note released by S. Muralikrishna, General Secretary of Bar Association, said.
The bar Association of Rangareddy District courts has also decided that no advocate would represent any of the four accused in the gang rape and murder of Vet.
