Renowned South Indian actor and music director, Vijay Antony, is mourning the tragic loss of his daughter, Meera. The 16-year-old, a 12th-grade student at a private school in Chennai, took her own life, reportedly succumbing to the mental stress she had been battling in recent days.
The heartbreaking incident unfolded in their Chennai residence, where Meera was discovered hanging around 3 a.m. Despite immediate efforts to rush her to the hospital, doctors sadly pronounced her as brought dead.
According to media sources, Meera had been grappling with depression for an extended period, making her untimely demise all the more heart-wrenching. The police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her passing, as the family grapples with an overwhelming sense of grief.
