Narsimha Reddy was cremated with state honours

Hyderabad: Telangana first home minister and noted leader of laborers, Nayini Narsimha Reddy was cremated at Jubilee Hills crematorium with state honors.

He breathed his last at the hospital on Wednesday at 12.25 pm. On behalf of the state government Ministers KT Rama Rao,  V Srinivas Goud have carried the body of the former home minister.  Popularly known as Narsanna,  Reddy was cremated as per Hindu norms and a gun salute by the police by following corona protocols of wearing masks.

Etala Rajender, Mohammad Mahmood Ali,  Srinivas Yadav, Srinivas Goud, MPs K Keshava Rao,  MLAs,  MLCs,   Mayor B Rammohan, and a large numbers of TRS leaders attended the final rites of a popular leader.

However, Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao, who consoled the family members of Narsimha Reddy in the hospital on Wednesday,  could not attend the final rites on Thursday. The wife of Narsimha Reddy was brought in a wheelchair to the cremation ground to pay her last respects along with family members.

The senior TRS leader underwent treatment for breathing problems in the hospital where KCR has visited him last.  Earlier Reddy recovered from Corona positive after 16 days of quarantine.

However, he was shifted to the hospital due to breathing problems. The end came in last night according to informed sources.
