Online sevas in temples, steps to check land grabbing: Indrakaran

Hyderabad: Endowment Minister, A Indrakaran Reddy today launched mobile application of online services in major temples. He unveiled the mobile app and website for online services. He later informed said that the devotees can Arjitha Sevas, visit of temples, booking and other services. The minister said that priority will be given for providing better hospitals.

With this application the devotees can now avail online services at Jubilee Hills Peddamma Thalli, Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal, Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy and Dharmapuri Lakshmi Narsimha Swamy he said. T APP FOLIO mobile app, me seva and online services are being made available for devotees. Already we have started similar services for other temples like Balkampet, Karmanghat,  Mahankali, Basara, Yadagiri Gutta, Vemulawada, Basara and Bhadrachalam.

He informed that they are taking steps for protecting lands of the temples from being grabbed. Online date will help protect data of the lands and will take steps to prevent grabbing. He said that the government has cleansed the lands through a special drive. We have identified that lands of 82 temples in the state were grabbed and steps are being taken to get them back through CCLA the minister remarked. There is no chance for the people with endowment lands to register on their names he clarified.

Reddy said that 856 sign boards were set up for 14,227 acres of temple lands and pass books were issued for 21,339 acre and will issue patta pass books to 59898 acres of temple lands soon. (NSS)
