Pakistani Woman tries to cross border for Hyderabadi lover; Gets Arrested

Three people were arrested by Sashastra Seema Bal, including a Pakistani woman, for trying to enter India illegally with a Hyderabad-based man’s help.

A total of three people were caught near the Indo-Nepal border near Sursand in Bihar and later handed over to local police.

A Pakistani woman named Kalija Noor, a Hyderabadi man named Mahamood, and a Nepalese man named Jeevan have been identified as the three suspects.

In an interview with a news agency, Harkishore Rai, district superintendent of police, said Noor was trying to enter India because she loved Ahmed, a man from Hyderabad. The two met online and fell in love.

Using the help of his brother, Ahmed facilitated Noor’s entry into India through Nepal, where he is employed at a hotel in Saudi Arabia. As soon as they returned from Nepal, they were supposed to go back to Hyderabad.”

The two were arrested as they attempted to cross the border. “When they were interrogated by border guards, Noor was found carrying fake documents, including an Aadhaar card. The border security agency then handed them to us,” the SP said.

It was later revealed that Noor and Ahmed met online and fell in love, according to the police.

Ahmed enlisted the help of his brother Mahamood in his plan when Noor decided to flee Pakistan with her husband, but her parents did not approve. When Noor and Ahmed decided to flee Pakistan, Ahmed enlisted the help of his Nepalese friends who live with him in Saudi Arabia.

Police officials said Mahamood had met Jeevan in Nepal, who helped them cross the border. Noor had traveled through Dubai to reach Nepal earlier.

Although border police initially suspected it was espionage, they later realized the two were trying to enter India illegally.
