Hyderabad: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths on Saturday caught red-handed V. Sanjeev Kumar, a Senior Accountant at the office of the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare at Koti when he allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 20,000 from the complainant.
According to ACB officials, Dr Baddam Surender Reddy, a retired Deputy Civil Surgeon, lodged a complaint with the ACB alleging that Sanjeev Kumar has been demanding bribe for processing and forwarding his pension papers to the Accountant General’s Office. (NSS)
