A police constable was attacked by four people at Patancheru of Sanga reddy district when he went to serve a notice in connection with a cheating case.
The police constable kanakaiah is working in Bachupally police station.
According to the details revealed by the police, the constable went to Patancheru to serve a court notice to one Devilal following a complaint by software engineer Marurthi Prasad, a resident of Bachupally.
He built a house and handed over the Contract of interior designing to the accused Devilal by paying some money in advance. However, Devilal did not turn up for work and dodged the victim on numerous occasions. Left with no option the victim prasad lodged a complaint against the accused.

He went to the residence of the accused along with the constable to serve the notice. However, he accused the police constable along with his friends.
The constable escaped from the area and lodged a complaint with the Patancheru police. The police reached the spot and apprehended Devilal and his three friends.
