ccc: The police obstructed Shiva Swamy proposed Hindu Dharma Prachara Yatra aiming to protect the Hindu Dharma Parirakshana at Tirumala TirupatiTemple today.
The police informed that they obstructed the Yatra stating that there was no permission to the Swamy’s proposed Yatra. Expressing anger at police action, the Swamijis questioned the State government to tell under sections the police obstructed their Yatra. They said that they had taken up Yatra only to campaign Hindu Dharma. They questioned the police to tell as to why they have to take permission for the yatra and Swamijis wondered asking the government whether it was a democracy or not. The police took the Swamijis into their custody amidst arguments between the police and Swamijis. (NSS)
