Praja Palana Submission Deadline Clarified by Telangana Deputy Chief Minister

Individuals who were concerned about missing the Praja Palana submission deadline in Telangana were reassured by Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.

Vikramarka emphasized in a statement that Praja Palana is a continuous process in which the administration encourages public feedback throughout the year.

This explanation addresses concerns made about applications being rejected in specific locations, contrary to Chief Secretary A. Santhi Kumar’s earlier statement that Praja Palana would take place every four months. Vikramarka’s remark clarifies that there is no defined date for submitting Praja Palana forms in Telangana.

Responding to questions regarding the Rythu Bandhu initiative, Vikramarka emphasized the government’s gradual approach of crediting funds into farmers’ accounts. The first phase, which covered farmers with one-acre land holdings, was successfully finished, and the second phase, which included those with two-acre holdings, is currently underway.

In a similar event, GHMC Commissioner D. Ronald Rose suspended M. Mahender, the superintendent of the tax section in Hayatnagar Circle, for failing to supervise the transportation of application forms received under the Praja Palana program.

Over 1.25 crore application forms for Praja Palana were filed in Telangana, with 13.7 lakh coming from Hyderabad alone. After the program ended on January 6, the state government began the online application submission procedure, with a deadline of January 17.
