Preparations for India-England First Test Reach Final Stages at Uppal Stadium

In anticipation of the India-England first Test match at Uppal Stadium, HCA President Arshanapally Jaganmohan Rao, along with the Apex Council members, conducted a thorough review of the arrangements. Jaganmohan Rao took personal charge of overseeing all match-related work within the stadium.

The completion of roof-top and new seating installations stands as a testament to meticulous planning for spectator comfort. Simultaneously, ongoing efforts focus on the pitch, outfield, dressing rooms, and sanitation facilities to ensure a seamless match experience.

Expressing satisfaction, Jaganmohan Rao highlighted the commitment of HCA staff members, who are fully immersed in stadium activities to ensure the successful execution of the match.

Jaganmohan Rao announced an inclusive initiative to grant free entry to students from government schools and recognized institutions. Guidelines will be established to facilitate direct student participation, with complimentary passes allocated based on applications submitted by school principals. Students from class 6th to 12th are encouraged to attend in their school uniforms, and provisions for free food and drinking water will be made.

To ensure a smooth process, school principals are urged to submit the number and names of participating students and staff to the HCA CEO’s email ([email protected]) before the 18th of this month.

The comprehensive program witnessed active participation from key figures, including HCA Vice President Daljeet Singh, Secretary Devraj, Assistant Secretary Basavaraju, Treasurer CJ Srinivas Rao, Councilor Sunil Kumar, CEO Sunil, and others. Their collective efforts signify a united front towards the successful execution of the upcoming test match.
