Russia To Halt Gas Supplies To Denmark, Germany Companies After They Refuse Payment In Rubles

As per the latest updates, the Russian energy giant Gazprom has said it would no longer supply gas to Denmark’s biggest energy organization Orsted and will stop conveyances to Germany under the Shell Energy Europe contract.

Orsted has advised Gazprom Export that it would never again make installments for gas in rubles, and Shell Energy Europe Limited said it wouldn’t pay in rubles for gas supplies to Germany, Gazprom added on Tuesday on Telegram. It said the cuts will be successful from Wednesday.

Russian President Vladimir Putin marked a declaration on March 31 on new principles in regards to flammable gas exchange with “hostile” nations and locales. As per the announcement, existing agreements would be ended on the off chance that these purchasers would not pay in rubles.

Meanwhile, in another update, Lugansk locale lead representative Serhiy Gaidai on Tuesday guaranteed that a Russian airstrike hit a nitric corrosive tank at a substance plant in Ukraine’s eastern city of Sievierodonetsk that Moscow is attempting to seize. The lead representative approached individuals to remain in covers.
