Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh State Mahila Congress affairs in-charge Seethakka has opined that special status to Andhra Pradesh would be possible only with the Congress.
Speaking to the media after Mahila Congress leaders’ meeting here on Wednesday, Seethakka alleged that YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had launched his padayatra for the sake of chief minister post. She called upon the former Congress leaders, who joined YSRCP, to return to Congress party. She pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has failed to keep his word given at Tirupati as Venkanna witness of according special status to the Andhra Pradesh.
