Hyderabad: Congress MLA from Mulugu Assembly constituency Seethakka on Thursday wrote a letter to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao to sanction Rs 200 crore for Sammakka and Saralamma jatara.
In her letter, she said the Chief Minister had already declared the tribal Jatara as a State festival. Stating that the jatara would be held from February 5 to 8 next year, she urged the Chief Minister to lay a double lane road from Bhupalapalle to Singaram Kalvapalle via Kompelly. She also urged the CM to lay new road from Eturunagaram to Medaram via Shavalli. (NSS)
