Hyderabad: : Dog Squad of Jannaram (Mancherial District) has seized meat of spotted deer in Chintaguda village under Jannaram Range on Thursday evening.
Disclosing this, Jannaram FDO K. Ravinder said a case has been registered under Sections of Wild Life Protection Act and the accused have been arrested and presented before in the court. Sniffer Dog has searched and detected the meat of spotted deer in the house of the accused person in Chintaguda village under Jannaram Division.
The Forest officials said this type of operation in the forests was first of its kind in Telangana State as well during the combined AP State. (NSS)
