Pilibhit : Dispute between the 49th brigade of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel and Nepalese residents has occurred close to Sundar Nagar village in Uttar Pradesh’s Pilibhit locale, which has prompted stress in the territory.
The dispute was reported on Tuesday. An in-charge official of SSB’s Naujalha border station, Ujjwal Singh, said the SSB had held onto a truck originating from Nepal on Monday. The truck was stacked with cosmetics esteemed at Rs 24.55 lakh. One Vikram Chakravarty of the Naujalha village was taken into custody for smuggling.
