Hyderabad : Telangana Auto Drivers JAC today appealed to its members to participate in Saturday’s “Chalo Tank Bund Million March” called by the TSRTC employees unions’ JAC.
Addressing mediapersons here today, TADJAC convener Mohammed Amanullah Khan criticized Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s call to the RTC workers to keep away from their unions. Amanullah also said they would confer on Aswathama Reddy, RTC JAC chairman, with “RTC Karmika Porata Ratna” title for his decision to save the RTC workers and the corporation.
Earlier, Amanullah Khan demanded that the government transfer RTO West Zone CP Venkateshwar Rao for his “corrupt practices” and “work delay” tactics and said the auto drivers would be forced to hold protest dharnas shortly.
TADJAC leaders Laxmi Narsaiah, Hamed Ansari, Mohd Dastagir, Vamshi Krishna, Mohd Rafiq, Mohd Azeemuddin, Mohd Lateel, Shaik Raheem, Mohd Jafer & Thakur Jay Singh were also present. (NSS)
