TADJAC demands transfer of Secunderabad RTO, threatens stir

Hyderabad : Telangana Auto Drivers’ JAC has demanded that the State government take action to put an end to rampant corruption in the various government departments, including Transport and Police, with an iron hand.  Addressing mediapersons here today, Mohd Amanullah Khan, Convenor, alleged that corruption in various departments was on the increase and demanded that the government rename corrupt government servants as “Pick-Pockets” and then only corruption will come down considerably. He also alleged that the “RTO of Secunderabad zone Venkataramana has done Ph.D, but he was specialized in corrupt practices to such an extent that he never entertains transactions between drivers and owners without extorting bribe.  He also said if the Secunderabad RTO was not sent away forthwith, the Auto Drivers will be forced to launch an agitation.
