Work from home, work from anywhere models adopted by company

It comes off as no surprise that many things have changed as a result of the pandemic. It has altered the way businesses operated prior to 2019.

Following the pandemic’s outbreak, many IT and ITES companies are favoring work-from-home and work-from-anywhere models. The same models have been used by [24]7.ai.

Selected candidates will be responsible for handling clients from all over the world via voice, chat, and a blended process.

The company’s current job openings can be found on its official website. The company’s job openings in Telangana can also be found on the same website.

Changing work cultures with work from home, work from anywhere

As soon as the pandemic broke out in 2019, many companies, especially ITES and IT, adapted work from home policies.

Even after the government removed pandemic restrictions, some companies adopted the work from anywhere model once they realized its benefits.

Although some companies are asking their employees to work in the office and end work from home, there are still many companies, especially ITES, that prefer the work from anywhere model because of its range of benefits for employees and employers alike.

It has even become common for companies to conduct interviews online.
