Several key efforts targeted at boosting the young of the ancient city and improving the welfare of minority communities were declared by Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) during a debate in the Assembly:
Pahadi Shareef IT Park: KCR unveiled intentions to build a 50-acre IT park in Pahadi Shareef. This effort is designed to offer job chances for young people living in Hyderabad’s old city region. The Chief Minister underlined the importance of stimulating regional economic growth and expanding opportunities for the region’s young workers.
Allocation of Graveyard Land: KCR announced the allocation of 125 acres of land to several villages in Malkajgiri and Medchal for graveyards. The land assignment procedure will be overseen by a committee comprised of ministers Harish Rao, KTR, Mahmood Ali, and K Eshwar. The Chief Secretary and officials from the Revenue Department will work together to guarantee the successful execution of this initiative.
Scholarships and Welfare: In response to minority students’ concerns, the Chief Minister asked authorities to meet with Finance Minister Harish Rao within the next two days to secure budget allocation for minority students’ scholarships and other welfare initiatives. He emphasized the need of incorporating Muslim representatives in decision-making.

Representation in Government Institutions: KCR promised to guarantee that Muslims are adequately represented in different government institutions, including the Public Service Commission and the Information Commission. A conference with ministers will be conducted to finalize the names for these positions, after which the relevant instructions will be issued.
Waqf Property Protection: The Chief Minister promised to take steps to safeguard waqf properties.
Subsidy Assistance: Similar to the BC Bandhu Scheme, KCR promised a Rs 1 lakh subsidy that will be distributed to a maximum number of Muslims. This subsidy support will be delivered without any connection to a bank, guaranteeing that all recipients benefit completely.
KCR also slammed the Congress party during his speech, accusing them of utilizing Muslims as a simple vote bank for the previous six decades. He emphasized that the Telangana government has spent substantially more on minority welfare than the Congress had before to the creation of Telangana.
