Telangana Govt issues GO to regularize illegal properties till March 31

As per the latest reports, the state government has issued a GO to regularise the disputed government lands till March 31, 2022. Many people find it difficult to deal with property issues. People are unsure how to handle their property issues. Deccan Professional Consultants (DPC), a non-profit organization, has launched a campaign to assist people in dealing with property concerns.

M A M Ansari, the CEO of DPC, said in a news release that the properties which were acquired in thousands and lakhs are valued in crores now because of a spike in the real estate market.

However, some owners face a number of legal challenges as a result of failing to get legal counsel or failing to include correct legal clauses in their sale deed and other paperwork at the time of registration with the sub-registrar. As a result, they are unable to sell their houses or they are inhabited illegally by others.

To assist people in such cases, the DPC will assess property documents to determine the legal basis of their property and will prepare a property documents’ legal scrutiny report under the supervision of a legal panel comprised of Syed Bashiruddin, a retired Deputy Collector, and S Basheeruddin, a retired sub-registrar. Mohammed Arif, a panel member, and revenue matter expert will represent the MRO, RDO, and the relevant district collectors. Cases pending in the High Court and other courts will also be reviewed.
