Telangana Govt Sanctions Rs 404.82 Cr for 4 Rail Over Bridges’s

Works of four Rail over bridges (ROBs) are to be taken up by the officials concerned in the state.

Telangana State government released funds for the purpose and asked the Railway officials to contribute to the construction of the four bridges in the state including Hyderabad.

According to information the state government gave administration sanctions for Rs 404.82 cr in this regard. The government will spend Rs 250.22 cr and the Railway wing will contribute about Rs 154.80 cr for the same.

Roads and Buildings Minister V Prashanth Reddy thanked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for the funds. His department will take up the four bridges in the state and construct the four Rail over bridges to provide more travel facilities.

The four bridges to come up with funds including one at Chatanpally near Shadnagar on the city outskirts with Rs 95 cr, Rs 97.20 cr for the bridge at Adilabad Yard, Peddapalli Rs 119.50 cr and Madhavanagar in Nizamabad with Rs 93.12 cr.
