Hyderabad: The Telangana Housing Board, under the directions of Chitra Ramchandran, IAS, Vice-Chairman and Housing Commissioner conducted an open auction on the First floor of Gruhakalpa Building, Office of the Telangana Housing Board on June 14 at 11.30 am pertaining to an open plot situated at Gachibowli admeasuring 348.33 Sq.Yds under the jurisdiction of THB, North Division with an upset price of Rs 55,000 per Sq.Yard and the auction was conducted under the observance of Venkateshwarlu, Land Acquisition Officer,Vimala, Estate Officer and Krupanand, Executive Engineer, North Division and Vasu, Asst.Estate Officer.
Five bidders participated in the auction and it is to emphasize that for the first time the Telangana Housing Board is successful in getting a highest bid amount of Rs 1,06,000 per Sq.Yard which amounts to Rs 3,69,22,980 towards the total cost of the plot. (NSS)
