A national executive meeting of the BJP will be held in Hyderabad on July 2, followed by a public meeting on July 3. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend both meetings.
In preparation for Modi’s visit, security has been stepped up. The meetings of the national executive committee and the public meeting will be subject to tight security arrangements.
Police officials told a news agency, “We are putting in place foolproof security arrangements based on the security scenario required. Definitely, we are making all the necessary arrangements for the Prime Minister’s bundobust, as well as for all the delegates (Union Ministers and Chief Ministers from different states who will be attending the meeting) according to their scale and category.”
It has been announced that Narendra Modi will stay at the Novotel Hotel in Madhapur during his visit. His stay at the Novotel will last for three days (i.e., between July 2 and July 4). At the Hyderabad International Convention Centre and around it, Section 144 will be in effect. For a radius of five kilometers around the Hyderabad International Convention Center, no remote-controlled drones, paragliders, or micro-light aircraft are allowed to fly. Until 6 PM on July 4, this order is in effect from 6 AM on June 30 to 6 PM on July 4. A total of 5000 police officers were deployed in the city.

Preparations for PM Modi’s visit to Hyderabad have been intensified
On July 2, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Hyderabad for a meeting of the BJP’s National Executive Committee. Special security arrangements are being put in place for his visit. There will also be a public meeting on July 3 with the PM.
The Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), where Modi will stay and other delegates will attend the meeting, has been beefed up with security.
Arrangements for heavy security
There are snipers on board, antiwatchestage checks, roof-top watch, mufti parties, route maps, trial runs, and multilayer security arrangements in place.
The public meeting will only be open to valid pass holders, and all attendees will be frisked. There are also elaborate measures in place to deal with protests.

Restricted Flying Activities
According to Hyderabad Commissioner of Police M Stephen Ravendra, no flying activities of remote-controlled drones, paragliders, or microlight aircraft are permitted within a five-kilometer radius of the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). This order will remain in effect from 6 AM on June 30 to 6 PM on July 4.
