On Sunday, January 14, two students, one from Telangana and the other from Andhra Pradesh, were discovered dead under strange circumstances at their home in Connecticut, United States.
Dinesh from Telangana and Nikesh from Andhra Pradesh were studying master’s degrees in computer science at Sacred Heart University.
The reason of their deaths has yet to be determined by the authorities, although a potential gas leak from a pipe is being investigated. The kids were discovered at their home after local acquaintances, concerned about their unresponsiveness, called the police and the hospital. At the hospital, physicians proclaimed them dead.

This unfortunate occurrence adds to the difficulties encountered by Telangana students studying in the United States. In July, Syeda Lulu Minhaj, a former Assistant Professor at Shadan College of Engineering and Technology, was discovered famished on the streets of Chicago. Another incidence in October featured the death of Pratiksha Kunwar, a 24-year-old Hyderabad girl student, in a traffic accident in Cheney, Kansas.
While studying in the United States provides several opportunities, occurrences like this illustrate the hardships that students confront, stressing the importance of mental preparation before to starting on such excursions. The inquiry into Dinesh and Nikesh’s deaths is still ongoing to discover the exact cause of their premature death.
