TRS Parliamentary Party meeting to be chaired by CM KCR tomorrow

On Saturday afternoon, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will take part in a TRS Parliamentary Party meeting to discuss the party’s strategy for the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

As a protest against the undemocratic rule of the BJP-led Central Government, the Chief Minister is expected to direct the TRS MPs to unite against the BJP. Furthermore, TRS MPs would be instructed to fight discrimination against Telangana and anti-people policies implemented by the Central Government.

TRS MPs are likely to work with their counterparts from other states to expose and combat the Central Government’s discrimination against progressive states. All of these issues will be thoroughly discussed by the Chief Minister during the parliamentary party meeting, which will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Taking up innovative and revolutionary measures has led to the Telangana Government winning laurels in agriculture, irrigation, and other allied areas, and the State is now a leading producer of paddy.

It was still difficult for millers to obtain paddy produced in the State, as the Central Government was not procuring it. There is a likelihood that the Chief Minister will guide the MPs in both houses to fight against the Central Government’s anti-farmer policies.

In addition to agriculture, the State has had a leadership role in implementing NREGS effectively. In spite of this, the Central Government’s dual standards created issues and barriers that MPs should tackle.

A number of programs have been taken up by the Telangana Government through NREGS, which was applauded by the Central Government in addition to the social audit undertaken by the State. A number of awards were also presented by the Central Government to the State in this regard.

As a result, the Central Government was now adopting a different approach and creating problems in the implementation of NREGS in the State.

Additionally, the unilateral decisions of the Central Government had adverse effects on the nation’s economy. It is evident from the steady decline in the value of the Indian rupee.

There was also a downward trend in the country’s development index. The undemocratic rule of the Central Government not only affected the financial sector but also the secular fabric of the country, destroying its federal spirit.
