TS Farm Policy a Role Model in the Country—KCR; Crop Loan waiver Orders Issued

Hyderabad: Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao today vowed to develop Telangana as golden State by achieving inclusive growth and welfare. He unfurled the  national flag at Golkonda fort,  and took salute from police to mark 73rd Independence Day here.

He claimed that Telangana is spending huge funds of Rs 40000 crore for welfare and number one in the country. “We have reached significant 14.84 growth rate in the state with sustainable economic development and growth”. KCR proudly announced that UN has appreciated Telangana Government for the famous Rythu Bandhu,  Rythu Bhima schemes giving a great reprieve to farmers. He said that state farmers policy is ideal to the  Nation, and  it offers Rs 10000 to each acre, a hike  from Rs 8000,  under Rythu Bandhu scheme. He said that the Government has issued orders to waive crop loans up to Rs.one lakh as promised during the elections.

He paid rich tributes to Telangana martyrs, and  announced the  implementation of  six month plan for villages development for clean and green conditions. “We will provide all basic facilities and push for economic development. We asked officials to distribute Rs 1 lakh towards crop loan waiver and help Rs 1.016 lakh towards marriage of poor girls”.

‘We have completed in just three years Kaleshwaram irrigation project and inaugurated it  in the  presence of chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra,  YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Devendra Fadanvis. The government will also  complete Palamur-Ranga Reddy lift project and Sitharama projects’. He said through  Kaleshwaram  project 400 TMC of assured  waters can be used every year by the State and irrigate about 43 lakh acres and cater to drinking water needs in the state. He also said that 5700 tmc will be used additionally under Gidavari from next June and we  are able to supply   11.20 lakh acres in Palamur district along with Jurala.

KCR listed out several flagship programs like Mission Bhagiratha to give  potable waters to rural people and filled up lakes, ponds, tanks and water bodies under Mission Kakatiya,  besides providing corrupt-free, speedy and transparent governance.

All Sapanches in new villages and tribal areas have unfurled national flags to mark the occasion.  (NSS)
