Hyderabad : The online submission of application forms for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TEAMCET) will begin from March 6 and conclude on April 5. A notification inviting applications will be issued by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Hyderabad on March 3. The last dates to apply with late fee of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 are April 11 and 17, respectively.
TSCHE Chairman Papi Reddy today disclosed the schedule for EAMCET-2019 in Telangana State to be held in May. The JNTU will conduct the examinations and a notification has been issued in this regard. Papi Reddy told mediapersons that the examinations will be held in May and applications will be received from March 6 to April 5 and edit the same from April 6 to 9. Papi Reddy said that general students have to pay Rs 800 for the exams and Rs 400 for SC and ST candidates. While online examinations will be held online for engineering on May 3, 4 and 6 and Agriculture and Pharma exams will be held on May 8 and 9, he said. The students can download their hall tickets from April 20 to May 1, he said. The TSCHE chief also said elaborate arrangements will be made for smooth conduct of the EAMCET 2019.
The engineering entrance test is to be held on May 3, 4 and 6 whereas agriculture and pharmacy entrance is on May 8 and 9. Both the tests will be held in two sessions from 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. Prof Papi Reddy said there was no change in the conduct of exam and fee. Like last year, students would not be allowed into exam hall after commencement of the test, Reddy said. (NSS)
