As per the latest reports, Turkey, France and Italy have chosen to continue defense cooperation talks over Eurosam’s SAMP/T rocket framework, the state TRT telecaster detailed, citing Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“There were a few stages we have taken among Turkey and France. We have chosen to proceed with our endeavors in the Turkey-France relations, and even to resuscitate the means we have taken as Turkey-France-Italy,” Erdogan told journalists on his departure from Belgium to Turkey, alluding to the three-sided participation dealings over Eurosam’s defense systems.
The Turkish President expounded on his gatherings with French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi uninvolved of a NATO meeting in Brussels on Thursday.
