Eight men have been accused of raping a pregnant goat after which the animal died. The incident took place in Haryana’s Mewat district.
The goat’s owner registered a police complaint on July 26 after he found the goat missing and while searching for it reached the site of incident. A pregnant goat was gang-raped by eight men in Haryana’s Mewat district.

A user who is concerned about the safety of animals expressed his opinion.
He wrote, “#JusticeForGoat Even animals are not safe what is going on here?”
A lot of enraged tweets discussed the issue of rape in India and how India is now unsafe for animals too.
In Haryana, the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) holds a majority and many tweeps blamed political parties for their “fake promises” and their inability to make the country safe.
