UP CM Yogi Surprises Students After Reopening Schools Today

After almost a year in the pandemic and the lockdown across the country, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to reopen schools from Monday. Schools welcomed students with flowers after a year.

UP Schools To Follow Covid 19 Guidelines

As per the latest reports, the students will be coming in limited numbers and everyone must follow the Covid 19 guidelines. While the students were happy and their enjoyment was filled with laughter as they joined the schools after almost a year.

The schools also welcomed the students with sweets and flowers along with the teachers. Reports suggest that classes in Lucknow schools will be held in shifts. Guidelines mandated by the authorities include regular sanitization of the classes and students along with the staff members must wear masks at all times.

While everyone was enjoying their school day today, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath surprised everyone in the Narhi locality. Reports suggest that he went there as a surprise visit to the school and interacted with the children.

Kashmir To Reopen Schools As Well

As per the latest updates, Kashmir also has reopened the schools from today, (Monday). The schools remained closed for almost a year because of the coronavirus pandemic. Classes for 9th and 12th grade were last conducted in early March 2020. However, this time only the students who have permission from their parents to attend classes offline are being allowed for offline classes.

Some private schools also sought a no-objection certificate from the parents that in case a child falls sick, the schools shall not be held responsible. They also asked the students to bring medical certificates (Covid 19 test reports).

As per the government order, the classes from 6th grade to 8th grade will open from March 8, 2021, and the remaining classes in the state will open from March 18th, 2020.

The schools all over India were closed as a precautionary step to contain the spread of coronavirus.
