As seen in the video clip of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s speech, in which he poses a series of questions to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, character actor Prakash Raj said he was eagerly waiting the Prime Minister’s response.
He posted a clip of Telangana Chief Minister’s speech on Twitter saying, “As a citizen, I’m eagerly waiting for our Supreme Leader to answer this #justasking today in Hyderabad.” Prakash Raj was last seen in Adivi Sesh’s ‘Major’.
The actor had also cited a tweet of the TRS social media convener on Saturday, which contained a video clip of KCR challenging Modi over the devaluation of the rupee.
He tweeted: Supreme leader, will you answer this tomorrow in Hyderabad. Or are you goin to just repeat your jumla and leave #justasking.

In another tweet on Saturday, the actor criticized Prime Minister Modi, saying: Dear Supreme Leader! Welcome to Hyderabad. In the BJP ruled states, the money of tax payers is spent in crores to lay roads for visits by your highness, but here, it is spent for us citizens. Enjoy the ride and hope you will learn how to deliver infrastructure with a vision.
Prakash Raj supports Uddhav Thackeray
A week prior, actor Prakash Raj lauded Uddhav Thackeray, the Maharashtra Chief Minister who resigned after deciding to step down. He said people will stand by him for his handling of the state.
Prakash Raj took to Twitter shortly after Thackeray announced his resignation, causing the Maha Vikas Aghadi government to collapse. He wrote: You did great dear sir Uddhav Thackeray and I’m sure people of Maharashtra will stand by you for the way you handled the state. The Chanakyas can eat laddoos today but your genuinity will last longer. More power to you.
