We welcome decision on CBI probe: Pawan Kalyan

Hyderabad: Janasena Party President Pawan Kalyan will welcome the decision taken by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Reddy handing over the probe to CBI on the burning of Chariot at Antharvedi.

Andhra Pradesh government seeking a CBI probe does not mean that the issue is not closed and it is the first step to catch the culprits. Janasena wants no incidents that shall occur in the future which will affect the sentiments of people of any religion. We demand the release of persons who were arrested at Antharvedi unconditionally.

CBI must not confine itself for only Antharvedi chariot burning. The CBI shall also find out the culprits behind the desecration of idols of Gods at Pithapuram and chariot burning at Konda Bitragunta.

The properties of several temples and guest houses across the State including the assets of the Antharvedi temple located in both Godavari districts have been occupied. The CBI shall investigate and protect the endowment lands. The CBI shall also conduct a probe into the pink diamond of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala. Sri RamanaDeekshitulu has made sensational revelations about the missing of pink diamonds during the regime of the previous government. An investigation has to be ordered on the jewelry of
Tirumala Lord Venkateswara donated by Sri Krishnadevaraya.

We shall only safeguard our Sanatana dharma to avoid such situations in the future. As part of it, “MahilalaJyothyPrajvalana”(lighting of lamps by women) program is the first step. It will be continued from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm today as usual. September 11 is the day when Sri Swamy Vivekananda exposed to the world how a broad perspective of our dharma at the international religious summit held in Chicago. Let us ‘safeguard dharma on this day and protect the communal harmony’ and we are lighting the lamps. It’s all God’s will! (NSS)
