State excise minister V. Srinivas Goud today said that they would take steps for providing water to every acre of agricultural land in the state through Palamuru Ranga reddy lift irrigation scheme.
He made these remarks while addressing a gathering after taking part in several development programs in different villages of moosapeta Mandal of the district.

Speaking on the occasion he said that the state had witnessed several special changes after the formation of Telangana. Revealing that the people of the state used to face a lot of problems related to Electricity and drinking water leading to the difficult situation to the sarpanches of different villages of the district, he said that all such problems related to power and water had been addressed by them Now.

He said that they would avoid problems for the farmers of the district by filling up tanks and ponds. MLA A. Venkteswar Reddy said that they had achieved moosapeta Mandal after a lot of struggles and said that the residents of the Mandal headquarters should develop it by keeping their politics aside.
