As per the latest reports, the quarrel over groom ‘sherwani’, took a brutal turn with the groups started pelting stones at one another in a Madhya Pradesh town police authorities said on Monday.
According to local people, on Saturday night after the groom arrived at the woman’s home in a ‘sherwani’ rather than the conventional ‘dhoti-kurta’. The woman’s family took an issue with it, which turned brutal.
“The husband to be (Sundarlal) was wearing a ‘sherwani’, while the woman’s family members demanded that the marriage customs be acted in ‘dhoti-kurta’, which prompted a warmed contention between the different sides and afterward a fierce conflict,” the authorities told media.

Groom Sundarlal later let journalists know that there was no issue with the woman’s family, yet asserted a portion of her family members were associated with attacking individuals. “The question began once again the clothing. I just need action against the people who were associated with attack and stone-pelting,” groom Sunderlal was heard telling the press on Sunday.
After the episode, countless individuals, including ladies, arrived at Dhamnod police headquarters and arranged a dissent. A few ladies at the police headquarters asserted that stones were heaved at them by the woman’s family members, making wounds some.
In any case, later the two families concurred and the marriage work was finished.
