WhatsApp rolls out “sticker maker” tool for iOS users

In the latest update from WhatsApp, has rolled out its “sticker maker” tool to all iOS users who install the latest version of the app from the App Store. The sticker maker tool, which has been previously introduced in beta versions, enables users to create stickers within the app itself, eliminating the need to switch to third-party apps.

This new feature provides a more seamless experience for iOS users, allowing them to save time and complete the process faster. However, this feature is only available for iOS 16, and there are no plans to bring it to older versions of the operating system. Additionally, some customers may receive the feature in the coming weeks.

WhatsApp has also released a new feature for Android beta testers that enables users to add descriptions to forwarded images, videos, GIFs, and documents. This feature can be particularly useful if the existing caption doesn’t accurately describe the image or if the user wants to add a different description.

The new description will be sent as a separate message, replacing the existing caption and ensuring that the recipients know that it doesn’t belong to the original message.
