Following the incessant rain in the Hyderabad, a six-year-old girl died as a wall collapse in the RKpet area which comes under the Mangalhat police station limit on 17 of October at night.
According to the police, The six-year-old girl along with her mother and three siblings were sleeping in the house around 11 pm, the wall collapsed.
On hearing the sound the mother called the neighbors. The girl’s father was not at home when this incident happened.
Mangalhat Police Station SHO, G Ranaveer Reddy, said that “with the help of neighbors we rescued the body of the girl”
Police shifted the body to Osmania mortuary for postmortem.
Baba Fasiuddin Deputy mayor of GHMC has visited the Mangalhat area and reviewed the rescue operation.

The Sudden heavy rains have led to the death of an old man after he got an electric shock near Yashoda Hospital in Chaderghat Police Station limit.
Chaderaghat Police said that they received a call from passersby about an old person getting an electric shock. The police took the old man to the hospital, called his son, and handed over the body to his son.
The India Metrological Department (IMD) Hyderabad, Telangana on Saturday issued a weather warning across the State of Telangana. IMD Hyderabad, Telangana said that from Saturday itself the state will receive thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and heavy rains.
The weather warning by IMD Hyderabad, Telangana cautions of thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and heavy rains will be till the 19th of October.
Hyderabad Meteorological center department of Telangana State said that the cause of the heavy rain would be from the formation of the very serious low depression over the Arabian sea and added that it would weaken during the 48 hours after traveling towards the western side of the sea.
