AIMIM Chief ‘Boastful Rhetoric’ on Mosque issue mere “litany of lies”:Opposition

Terming to the criticism of AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owasi against opposition and the naysayers as mere ‘Boastful Rhetoric’, the President Tahreek Muslim Shabban (TMS) Mr. Mushtaq Malik said, “Muslim community is well aware that who is sincerely perusing the demand for the reconstruction of demolished mosques in the state secretariat. It is the impact of our ‘One Million Signature Campaign’ that made the MP to break his silence over the issue.”

Taking on against the MP for the claim that he had taken up the issue before the government more than once and that the later will ultimately concede his demand of reconstruction of mosques, Mushtak Malik said “These claims as mere a “litany of lies.”

“Everyone there in the media and among the people knows it well how many times the AIMIM Chief has raised the issue and how many time he questioned the government sincerely,” he asserted.

Despite of MPs affinity with the government as a powerful ally, he further said, “The mosques were demolished and AIMIM Chief never dared enough to pose a question before the CM about the same, instead, he is pleading the government to rebuild the mosques.”

Accusing that the mosques was demolished disrespectfully, he ask, “Where were all the sacred books and relics gone after the demolition? Whether they were shifted to a safer place before being the structures were demolished waywardly? As per our knowledge all the sacred scriptures were remained in the mosques at the time of demolition,” he claimed.

Asserting that the people always stand with sincere leaders, he said, “Success of “one million signature campaign,” that forced the AIMIM Chief to open up before the public, is the best example to prove his point.

Expressing that the “One million signature campaign,” forced some politicians to speak up before the people, Mr.Osman Mohammed Khan, a young congress leaders and another torch bearer of the campaign, said, “These leaders, who were until now played a role of mute spectator by simply keeping mum over the issue, are now seen releasing statements clarifying their stand with hollow assurances.”

Questioning the authority of some leaders giving oral assurances to people saying the mosques that were demolished in state secretariat will be rebuild at same place, he said, “What prominence do their oral assurances holds? If they are really sincere then they must come up with written assurances from the CM about the reconstruction of mosques at the same place where they were raised to ground.”

Taking a dig at the fifteen day of ultimatum being given by the All India Muslim Personnel Law Board (AIMPLB), he said, “Despite of passing out of the deadline no action was seen on the ground. To realize such audacious ambitions, one needs to be enriched with strong determinations. Utopian concepts won’t serve any purpose.”
