Hyderabad: On Tuesday, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K. T. Rama Rao described BJP leaders as cousin brothers of Goebbels.
Launching a harsh attack on BJP leaders for their false propaganda against TRS government in Telangana, he additionally stated that if the saffron party is voted to power in (GHMC) Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation it will even sell away Golconda, Charminar and GHMC in the name of disinvestment.
Addressing a news conference, he criticized the BJP for releasing the charge sheet against TRS. “How many charge sheets people of this country will have to present against BJP,” he asked pointing to the party’s unfulfilled commitments of Rs.15 lakh in the bank account of each citizen.
Responding to the release of charge sheet by central minister Prakash Javadekar, Rama Rao stated as a central minister he should at least check what he is delivering. He stated: “It is full of half-truths, lies and utter lies.”
KTR, as Rama Rao is famously known, ridiculed BJP for calling TRS government TRS-MIM government.
“Since the formation of Telangana state, it’s only the TRS which is in power. No other party is sharing power,” he stated alleging that this displays the BJP’s bias and hatred against Muslims.
KTR, who is also the minister for municipal administration, urban development, industry and information technology stated: “It was you who formed the government with PDP in Jammu and Kashmir. You shared power with separatists.”
The TRS pioneer stated that it was ironic the ministry of the central government commended Telangana for its achievement in guaranteeing drinking water supply but the same party which is in power at the centre is releasing charge sheet.
KTR commented that the same party had no shame in imitating the schemes of Telangana like Rythu Bandhu and give it the name of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi plot.
The TRS leader helped BJP to remember its unfulfilled promise of making two crore occupations every year. He stated: ” “For this 12 crore charge sheets should be presented against you.”
He additionally criticised the BJP government for dropping Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) project for Telangana which deprives job opportunities to lakhs of youth.
KTR additionally criticised BJP for demonetisation and unplanned lockdown saying this rendered lakhs of individuals jobless.
He stated: Your inefficient and bankrupt economic policies led to eight consecutive quarters of slowdown. From the slowdown the economy was thrown into lockdown and from lockdown to the recession. It was your inefficiency and you put the blame on God for this by calling it an act of God.”
KTR guaranteed that India is falling behind Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in GDP development. He additionally flayed BJP government for disinvestment in Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) and the move to privatize even railroads.
