CBI court asks Jagan to file his counter in his bail case

A city based CBI court today gave the last chance to the counsel for AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy to file his counter affidavit in his bail petition cancellation plea. It asked YS Jagan to file his counter before 26th of this month.

The Court passed these orders while dealing with a petition filed by YSRCP MP K. Raghurama Krishna Raju urging the court to cancel the bail plea of the YS Jaganmohan Reddy. In his petition the counsel for Raju told the Court that Jagan were influencing the witnesses in his case. He also urged  the court to the steps for he immediate cancellation of the bail.

The court had earlier asked the counsel for the AP CM to file their counter before 17 of this month. However, the counsel for the AP CM did not file their counter in the case. They sought time from the court once again prompting the court to grant the last chance to file the counter before May 26.
