Hyderabad: Numerous celebrities of the Telugu film industry apart from Former Union Minister Chiranjeevi, his brother Pawan Kalyan and others planted saplings under the green India Challenge at Jubilee hills club at Hyderabad.
The program was conducted under the aegis of Jubilee hills cooperative house building society and Jubilee hills international centers.
A large number of icons including TRS members of Parliament Santosh Kumar who have initiated novel green India program, Directors B.Srinivas, and Anil have participated in the program. The program aims to enhance the green cover in the state
The ruling party TRS has also initiated green cover program Haritha Haram and so far lakhs of saplings have planted in several areas of the State.
