Hyderabad: Former Minister and TRS Working President KT Rama Rao today condemned the remarks of BJP firebrand leader Pragya Singh for stating that Godse was patriot and remains to be so.
KTR reacting on twitter seriously condemned her remarks that Godse was not a terrorist and a patriot. She made the remarks against actor turned politician Kamal Hasan chief of Makkal Needhi Mayyam during a campaign that Godse was the first terrorist in free India. Pragya also alleged that people should teach Kamal a lesson by defeating him.
On this KT Rama Rao said in the twitter “No matter what politics you affiliate with, what ideology you espouse”, he said. He also said there are some lines that you just don’t cross. KTR also flayed that Pragya Singh Thakur’s statement is absolutely reprehensible and abominable. She should apologise unconditionally for vilifying the Father of our nation the former minister demanded. (NSS)
