Hyderabad: The nursing services of the key departments severely hit at the Osmania Hospital as the agitation of the outsourcing nurses staff reached the third day who are demanding to release the salary immediately.
The dharna continues today also at one of the oldest and biggest state-run hospitals of City as the 87 nursing staff boycotted their duties and patients in OP, Emergency, Isolation wards and Post Operative wards are facing severe difficulties.
The agitated nurses alleged that they were denied the appointment letters even though they joined the job four months ago as outsourcing employees. They demanded to provide outsourcing letter, ID card along with two months’ salary.
