Police nab culprits in advocate couple murder case

Hyderabad: The police nabbed four culprits who reportedly involved in the daylight murder of an advocate couple Vaman Rao and Nagamani at the Ramagiri area in the Peddapally district on Wednesday.

According to information the police investigating the case on the four including, Kunta Srinivas, Akkapaka Kumar, Vasanth, and Chiranjeevi by taking them into custody. The incident created a sensation as the political parties are targeting the government for failing to check such incidents.

While the lawyers and bar association members boycotted duties and protested and sought a CBI probe. The political parties are fuming at the KCR Government attributing its suspected role and alleged that the police involved in the murder case.

Both the government and the police did not give protection sought by the victims which led to the incident. The kin of the bereaved family and the congress and the BJP leaders alleged it as a conspiracy by some vested interests and political bigwigs.

The incident took place when the advocate couple who work in high court were from Manthani of Peddapally district to Hyderabad in a car.

According to information, the assailants attacked the lawyer couple at Ramagiri area in Peddapally district who reportedly died while being shifted to a hospital after the incident.
