Hyderabad: Dry run was conducted ahead of Covid vaccination successfully in two Telugu states by the respective government agencies. While this dry run was conducted in six places of two districts in Telangana, it was conducted in as many as 39 places in neighboring Andhra Pradesh state.
Telangana Government today instructed health officials to conduct a dry run for the vaccine in designated hospitals in the state. As per center directions, three hospitals in each of the Hyderabad and Mahabub Nagar districts conducted the dry run. The center instructed all the states for a dry run that was already conducted in four states.
The dry run is aimed at finding out any health problems among the corona infected people. As per the government instructions, agencies like Primary health centers, government and private hospitals in the two districts have conducted dry runs ahead of Corona vaccination. The Centre has issued orders and guidelines in this regard to all the states and union territories to go in for the dry run.
This drive is to ensure that Corona vaccination is taken up soon in a hassle-free and smooth manner. The center is prepared and directed the states to be ready for a large scale vaccination for Corona.
