US CDC Relaxes Restrictions For Fully Vaccinated Netizens; Reports

As India continues to follow Covid 19 safety protocols, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released a new set of guidelines. The new guidelines suggest that the ones who are fully vaccinated against the Coronavirus are free to stop wearing face masks during many activities.

Fully Vaccinated Netizens In US May Exercise Outside Without Facemask

As per the new guidelines released by the CDC, people who are fully vaccinated can exercise alone outside or even when there is a gathering of both vaccinated and unvaccinated people, without facemask. The outdoor activities include walking, running, biking with the members of their household. They are also allowed to dine outside with friends from different households as well.

At the same time, for indoor activities, fully vaccinated netizens can visit a barber or hair salon, go to uncrowded places along with indoor shopping centers and museums. They are also allowed to ride public transport with limited occupancy, visit an indoor movie theatre and even attend full-capacity worship service.

However, fully vaccinated ones must wear facemasks at crowded places and other events like a sports game.

The CDC further informed that while choosing safer activities, the people must check the spread of Covid 19 in their communities and the number of people who are participating in the activity. However, indoor activities are much safer than the outdoor activities.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said that these guidelines shall be used by the people to ensure personal responsibility to protect themselves and everyone around them.

CDC Releases Guidelines For Covid 19 Vaccination During Pregnancy

Recently, CDC has released guidelines for pregnant women who have been confused about getting the Vaccine shots. Walensky said that there are no safety concerns for women who are in the third trimester of their pregnancy. She said that pregnant people also experience the same side effects as any other person who takes the vaccine. They collected data in detail for more than 3900 pregnant women.

She said that they understand its a personal decision. However, it is suggested that people consult their doctors or primary care providers to make an informed decision.
